1 Definitions and Scope

The meaning of certain key terms used in this Agreement is clarified below. "Platform" refers to the baazi 9 website, mobile application and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform and is using its services. "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment activities available on the platform.

This Agreement applies equally to all members. Unless a specific agreement or separate written consent exists, these terms are final. baazi 9 reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each member may operate only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be suspended or cancelled and funds held.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on baazi 9 is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank or Islami Bank). 3.2 Withdrawal Rules

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, and a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred to others.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• baazi 9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.3 Collusion and Fraud

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, the outcome will be determined according to system logs. baazi 9's decision on such matters is final.
